Continental was very helpful in getting an electrician to do the necessary electrical work for proper install, setting our hot tub up and providing info on proper maintenance of our hot tub. Today I stopped in to ask about locking the cover and the sales team was able to answer my questions. When I was unsure if we had the tiny key to lock it and asked about ordering a replacement, she was kind enough to give me one. They have always answered our questions and have been helpful.
